Jamie is so sweet and personable. She's easy to talk to and supportive of any progress, big or small, at your weigh-ins. The program itself is great for accountability because you keep in the back of your mind when you think about cheating on meals that you've got a follow-up appointment coming up. I also get my brows done here which is super convenient. Haven't ventured into injectables but Jamie does those, too.

If I could rate Hospitality Medical Aesthetics with 10 Stars, I definitely would. It's a fantastic facility, their staff is amazing and worth the drive from Big Bear Lake to Redlands. Great to hear that besides the Redlands Facility, they are also now in Newport Beach. With a very underactive thyroid, I've been working on weight loss program with Jamie through natural products with terrific success. Recently, I had laser procedure to remove facial dark spots. I got my first microneedling done 3-4 weeks ago. I think her name was Nicole. Anyways she is extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I'm going back for my 2nd session on Friday and I cant wait. Back story about me and my skin: i have acne prone skin, hyper pigmentation, un even skin pits from acne scars and picking and popping. Everyone says they have tried everything.. well I sure did. From pinterest ideas, expensive products, over the counter products, rodan and fields and random stuff on the internet.. however I ended up doing more damage to my skin when I bought a derma-pen online from China. I ended up causing numerous amount of hyperpigmentation. Ugh!! So I looked up on Care Credit and found this location. I booked a consultation. I came in thinking I needed light treatment. But when they saw my skin they made a recommendation of microneedling. I took it and was ready!!! My treatment was amazing. From the numbing cream to the actual procedure. When I walked in I even told her I was scared and nervous.. she assured me it was going to be okay and was excited about the future on how my skin would look. So was i!!! I fell in love with the procedure and felt a difference. They recommended 3 treatments. I def will!!!! Location is sooooooo clean and beautiful. Front staff is sweet and kind!!! Highly recommend!!!

I am going here for weight loss and I couldn't be happier. Jamie doesn't try to up sell or push you to try other products they offer. I am losing the weight and staying motivated. I even referred my mother here for cosmetic procedures and she also loved Jamie in the consultation, for how honest she was. And is extremely excited for her procedure date! Katie the receptionist is so sweet and has frequently accommodated my ever changing schedule due to my little one. Love this place! Jamie was absolutely amazing. I went for my lips and was quite worried as the previous beverly hills doctor really made me look like a reverse duck with a giant bottom lip. Jamie knew exactly what I needed and didnt leave me very bruised like the previous dr. I was inquiring about more services and Jamie gave me alternatives and her honest opinion which really gained valuable trust. Sure you may be paying a bit more but when you are dealing with your face its worth it for a team that knows what they are doing!!

I've gotten Botox @ two other places with my husband and this place hands down is our favorite and the only place we go to now. I went in only wanting Botox and Jamie and my husband both recommended lip injections. I was nervous @ first but after getting them done I realized how much I needed it. They are much more plump and supple and I love love love them!! I got juvederm there and we had some left in syringe so we used the rest for the lines around my mouth!! I feel and look so much younger I am almost 39! Make sure to go to Hospitality for any and all services!

I appreciate how they are able to accommodate same day appointment's into their busy schedule's. Jamie is the best NP I have ever known. She is so caring and kind on top of the fact that she is amazing at what she does. She is also really dedicated to her staff and clients. I have had filler, Botox, laser hair removal, B12 injections, etc and I wouldn't and wont go anywhere else. I have been to both her Redlands office and the one in Newport. Both are beautiful offices! I live in Norco so either one is a distance for me but I would drive another hour if needed because they are that amazing. The front desk employees are always professional and helpful. It's really hard to find a good place that makes you feel welcome as well as one that takes into consideration your well being and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't really want or need and this is not that kinda place! You wont be disappointed.

I just walked out with my first Juva-derm lips! The experience was great from the moment I picked up the phone and requested an appointment, just this morning! I am so pleased. I Highly recommend this facility! The receptionist was super helpful and nice. She squeezed me in the day of!! She Shared her experience with lip fillers and even showed me her personal before and afters, and eased my anxiety about the process. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Jaime is an angel! I explained what I wanted and the results I would like, and she delivered. I will definitely be going back, likely before my 6 month follow up. it was only minimally painful, but definitely tolerable due to Jaime's light, gentle hand. The entire procedure took only 15 minutes! Such an awesome first visit. Don't delay, just do it!

Living in Orange County there are many med spas but none that compare to HOSPITALITY MEDICAL AESTHETICS! I've been lucky to have found a wonderful med spa and can't say enough about there's services. What sets Hospitality apart is exactly there professionalism. From when I first called and spoke to the representative over the phone and to her listening to my never ending questions. She was patient and helpful. To live in orange and drive all the way to Redlands I was taking a risk. On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, and offered a refreshment and to filling out personal paperwork was simple. To meeting Jamie the nurse who was very patient friendly and listened to my skin concerns put me at ease. She gave me her honest opinion and I didn't feel pressured for anything more. I felt I now can trust this med spa and now have been back almost 4 times and still a happy girl on receiving treatments.
