Hi, my name is Courtney; some of you may know me as Coco💕 I have my own business, I do cosmetic tattooing as a permanent makeup artist. Beauty and aesthetics have always peaked my interest. I love being able to help people look and feel beautiful in their own skin. I am also a dog mom of two. I have a boxer, Ruca, and a French bulldog, Stewie. I adore them🩷 I enjoy seeing our patients every day and putting a smile on their face. When I’m not at work, you can find me in my tattoo studio, Glamis, or Havasu. I love the outdoors and being in the sunshine. I can’t wait to see you at your next visit to HMA ✨💁🏼♀️

I have been a registered nurse for 17 years. My first 3 years I worked in Intensive Care and for the last 14 years I worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a gastrointestinal nurse giving sedation for patients undergoing procedures. I am so excited to start a new chapter working at Hospitality Medical Aesthetics. It is entirely different than any kind of nursing I have done in the past, but it gives me such satisfaction knowing I am helping people feel and look their best.

At HMA, Lisa specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic injectables, taking a personalized approach to every treatment plan. She believes wellness is never one-size-fits-all and enjoys partnering with patients to help them achieve natural, lasting results that fit their individual goals and lifestyles.
Outside of the med spa, Lisa is a proud mom to three daughters and loves spending time in her garden, where she finds joy and balance nurturing both flowers and vegetables. Her caring nature, both personally and professionally, is at the heart of everything she does.

My name is Rachelle, and I’m a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and over 18 years in skincare, combining my passion for science, artistry, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. As both a licensed aesthetician and nurse, I’ve developed a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of facial harmony, skin health, and advanced medical aesthetic treatments.
My goal is always to deliver natural, balanced results while making every client feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Originally from the Philippines and raised in Canada, I bring a warm, approachable energy and strong work ethic to everything I do. I value kindness, honesty, and personalized care, and I believe every treatment should be tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is my family. I’m a proud wife and mom, and my husband and children keep me grounded, inspired, and motivated every day. I also enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and embracing my fun side through my love of Disney and all things pink.
For me, aesthetic nursing is about more than treatments—it’s about connection, confidence, and helping people feel their very best.
