Jamie M. Howder, FNP-BC was voted a “Top Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Decade” in the Aesthetic Everything® Awards. This year’s 2019 Aesthetic Everything® Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine Awards tapped winners from over 30,000 votes cast. Voting was held online between September 1st and October 1st, 2019. All votes were counted to obtain the list of winners. Hello and welcome to our practice. I am very excited to be a part of this amazing practice. I am eager to answer any questions you may have, and help you achieve your goals. This industry is growing faster than ever and I am committed to helping you in any way possible. I graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a BA in Sociology. When I have free time I enjoy being outside at the beach/river with friends and family.

Shelley Jenkins

I have been a registered nurse for 17 years. My first 3 years I worked in Intensive Care and for the last 14 years I worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a gastrointestinal nurse giving sedation for patients undergoing procedures. I am so excited to start a new chapter working at Hospitality Medical Aesthetics. It is entirely different than any kind of nursing I have done in the past, but it gives me such satisfaction knowing I am helping people feel and look their best.

Hi, my name is Courtney; some of you may know me as Coco💕 I have my own business, I do cosmetic tattooing as a permanent makeup artist. Beauty and aesthetics have always peaked my interest. I love being able to help people look and feel beautiful in their own skin. I am also a dog mom of two. I have a boxer, Ruca, and a French bulldog, Stewie. I adore them🩷 I enjoy seeing our patients every day and putting a smile on their face. When I’m not at work, you can find me in my tattoo studio, Glamis, or Havasu. I love the outdoors and being in the sunshine. I can’t wait to see you at your next visit to HMA ✨💁🏼‍♀️

Hi there! 👋 I’m incredibly passionate about the nursing field and am currently pursuing my RN, BSN degree. My ultimate goal is to blend my love for aesthetics with the fast-paced world of emergency medicine.

Being part of the Hospitality Medical Aesthetics team has been nothing short of amazing—working alongside such talented, supportive people who truly feel like my second family is a dream come true. The best part? Seeing our patients leave with a glow of confidence and happiness!

Hi there! I’m Courtney Valadez—a proud wife, mom of two, paramedic, fisherwoman, and slow-pitch softball enthusiast! ⚾️🎣

For 10 years, I had the honor of serving the Riverside County community from the frontlines as a paramedic on an ambulance. Now, when I’m not cheering at my kids’ volleyball or softball games, hitting the golf course, or circling Catalina Island, I’m right here at Hospitality Medical Aesthetics, making sure your experience is nothing short of amazing.

Natalie Pound

My name is Natalie Pound, and I work as a nurse injector at Hospitality Medical Aesthetics. I gradated as a Registered Nurse in 2013, beginning my career in a stroke telemetry unit for two years before moving to a medical-surgical unit, where I have worked for the past nine years. Currently, I am enrolled in a BSN program to further my nursing education. I recently entered the field of aesthetic nursing, starting in February 2023. I have completed numerous training courses in aesthetics and have thoroughly enjoyed learning this new area. Aesthetics has quickly become my passion. I enjoy seeing the positivity in clients when they look and feel their best. Hearing personal stories about how aesthetics impacts their lives and boosts their confidence is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in my work in aesthetic nursing at Hospitality Medical Aesthetics.

Outside of work, I am a mom to three small children. I have a loving husband of thirteen years. We enjoy spending time together as a family, and are always on the go!

Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to my frenchie, Phoebe, who I love so much. I can’t wait to see you at your next visit!

Hi everyone ! I am Olivia Phillips. I graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and pre-nursing. Currently I’m pursuing a master’s in organizational leadership! When I’m not busy with school, you’ll find me exploring new places, hunting for the best coffee, or enjoying quality time with my family and friends. I’m all about bringing positive energy and fresh ideas to the workplace—can’t wait to meet you at your appointments!

Dr. Phong Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen has been a part of Hospitality Medical Aesthetics since 2009. He has a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Dr. Nguyen has practiced medicine at Redlands Community Hospital since 1994, and joined Redlands-Yucaipa Medical Group to serve as the Medical Director in 2014.

He has served as Chief of Staff and ER Director at Redlands Community Hospital, as well as the Medical Director for the Redlands Fire Department, Loma Linda Fire Department, the San Manuel Fire Department and the Paramedic Program at Crafton Hills College. He enjoys reading and tennis.
