At HMA, we have a 48-hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy to ensure timely access to appointments and respect our providers’ time. If you cancel or do not show up within 48 hours of your appointment, the following fees will be charged to the credit card on file:

Injection/Medical Appointments:
● 15 minutes: $50
● 30-59 minutes: $100
● 60+ minutes: $150

Skin Health Appointments:
● Skin Consultations: $30
● Any Skin Health Service: $50

If a client cancels or no-shows three times, prepayment in full will be required for future appointments. This prepayment is nonrefundable if the policy is violated. If you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, any fees paid will be credited towards future services at HMA.

We value our providers’ time, as they are booked weeks to months in advance, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those gaps. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, which helps us continue providing high-quality service for all our clients.
